ジャングリスト。初期衝動全開の血湧き肉躍るダンス音楽JUNGLEを放つ。ストリクトリーなJUNGLE SET以外に、生来の雑食性を活かしてジャンルの外とされる音の中に存在するJUNGLE感を抽出しTribal Connectionな音と共に折衷セレクションするDJも行う。 リー・ペリー来日時には、本人が登場する瞬間までメイン・フロアにJUNGLEを投入しまくって、フロント・アクトを務めた。2022年にはTim Reaper初来日公演・東京編のメインフロアでのDJとして参加。
2002年にCHAMPION BASS、2009年にTribal Connectionを、同志と共に結成。
オフィシャルMIXでは、世界中のスカ＆レゲエ・バンドの楽曲をジャングリストの視点からMIXした 『Out of Many, One Ska People “SKA IN THE WORLD MIX PREMIUM”』をタワーレコード30周年記念企画盤として限定発売し完売。SOUL JAZZ RECORDSのJUNGLEコンピ『Rumble In The Jungle』日本仕様盤CD、CONGO NATTYのアルバム『Jungle Revolution』日本仕様盤CD、MURDER CHANNELからリリースされたFFFの100％ジャングルなアルバム『Keep The Fire Burning』の解説を執筆するなど、文章面でもJUNGLEの楽しさヤバさをアピール。
海外では、タイのバンコク、ベトナムのホーチミン、韓国のソウルと釜山、中国の上海でDJing。メキシコのInternet Public RadioにMixを提供。2022年には、UKのKeep Hushの初来日Tokyo編に参加しジャングルした。
2019年よりジャングルの非営利Zineシリーズ＝JUNGLE DOCUMENTを企画・制作・編著・発行している。
現在、Tribal Connectionは、DJ YAHMAN, JUNGLE ROCK、大出泰士、Tenmus、HALUで構成。 -

Junglist attitude！
DJ YAHMAN from Tribal Connection がジャングルについてはもちろんのこと、ジャングル以外のこともたまに書いたりして。
DJ YAHMAN
In 2002, DJ YAHMAN formed a Junglist collective “Champion Bass”, since then he’s been working hard to conduct the Jungle Movement. Mainly spinning purely instinctive and highly exciting dance music = Jungle, however being an omnivorous music lover he also mixes music not traditionally Jungle but naturally Jungle, plus anything goes under the theme, “Tribal Connection” which is his crew / party name as well, running together with a DJ / Producer Jungle Rock. Previously having played in Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, China and across all Japan. He has also written comments for Japanese edition of the Soul Jazz’s Jungle compilation “Rumble In The Jungle”, and Congo Natty’s album “Jungle Revolution”, and compiled / mixed the world’s first official Mixed CD featuring the international Ska & Reggae Band across the board. In 2014, he played for “DBS Presents Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Jungle Music” featuring Congo Narry a.k.a. Rebel MC and Congo Dubz hosted by a Japanese Internet Streaming Programme, “Dommune”
